Airport Pick-up Service: This service provides you with a MyChinaCityGuide (MCCG) Personal Assistant (PA) to greet you at the airport as you exit the baggage terminal, and enter your airport's arrival hall. Your PA will escort you to your waiting personal car and driver (if requested), or the taxi queue. Your assistant will then provide your driver with your instructions, and travel to your destination with you. To avoid the hassle and discomfort of standing in line for a taxi, we highly recommend that you reserve a car and driver. Reserving a car and driver in advance is only slightly more expensive than a city taxi, and will always get you to your destination sooner (sometime hours earlier), and in greater comfort. Order Now.

Airports: Every airport in China is different, and all of them are usually crowded, noisy and chaotic, particularly for the uninitiated. Although all of China's international airports have a metal fence and airport personnel to keep the crowd out of the main sections of the airport, once you enter the arival hall, you are "fair game", and will quickly be approached by several English speaking Chinese men, asking you if you need a taxi. Beware!! These guys charge a premium, and are unregistered taxi drivers. They use their English speaking skills to find unsuspecting tourists that have never been to China, and charge at least twice as much as a normal taxi.

Chinglish: "Chinglish" is defined by Wikipedia as "a portmanteau of the words Chinese and English and refers to either (a) English interspersed with Chinese language errors common to those Chinese persons who are learning English or (b) Chinese interspersed with English, such as used by westernized Chinese (e.g. American-born Chinese) who are not fluent in Chinese and codeswitch English words into speech when they can't think of the correct Chinese word.

Interpreter Service: This service provides you with a Personal Assistant to translate and interpret English to Chinese, and Chinese to English. All MyChinaCityGuide Personal Assistants have developed advanced English speaking skills, and are experienced in helping foreigners communicate in Chinese. Perhaps more than any other large country and major tourist destination, finding an English speaking Chinese citizen can be difficult. With the exception of the hotel staff of a five-star hotel, and employees of businesses that target foreigners, you will find it difficult to understand, and be understood, by most of the people you meet in China. If you want to do business in China, an interpreter that is working specfically for you, is critical.

Interviews: Interviewing your Business Assistant ahead of time, can take alot of stress out of your travel. If you would like to interview your assistant and map out your itinerary beforehand, we can arrange it. We employ webcams, Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, and Google Talk.

Personal Assistant: A MyChinaCityGuide Personal Assistant is first and foremost, somebody who can speak and understand English and Chinese, with a high levelof proficiency. They are also very knowledgable about the city they live in, enjoy meeting new people from different countries, and want to continue improving their English skills by interacting with visitors to China that speak English.

Reservations: Whether your requirements are simple or complex, we can help you put together a plan that will make your trip more productive, and more enjoyable. Simply provide us with the details of your upcoming trip, and let us do the rest. For reservations, dial toll-free: 1-877-630-4028. For simple requests, you can order using the Service Request Form.
