China is a wonderful country, but it's busy, crowded, noisy cities can also make it an extremely stressful place to visit or work. Not coincidentally, there are (unofficially) more masseusses and
spas per person in China than anywhere else in the world!
For centuries practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) have lauded the benefits of massage therapy. According to www.bodyworks.com, the first known reference of "massage" can be found in an ancient Chinese text called "Cong Fu of the Tao Tse" written in 3000 B.C. Chinese doctors and massage therapists have been improving their technique ever since.
Inexpensive, enjoyable and healthy, how many things can you say that about?
